These Terms of Use govern your use of the Telafi application (the "App"). These terms are always available from the store listing, the purchase screens and this address; by using the App you agree to them. The App is provided by FIRTINEX (“we”).
01The service
Telafi is a religious assistant offering missed prayer and fasting calculation, worship tracking, prayer times, Quran reading and the Halka community. Religious information in the App is for general guidance and is not a fatwa; for your specific situation, please consult a qualified religious scholar.
02Acceptable use
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), use the App, and especially purchases, only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- You may use the App only for personal and lawful purposes.
- Any attempt to disrupt the App, cheat, reverse engineer it or gain unauthorized access is prohibited.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the security of your device.
03Halka community rules
- Be respectful; profanity, insults, hate speech, harassment, spam and advertising are prohibited.
- Do not share your own or others' personal details (name, phone, address, etc.).
- You are responsible for the content you post. You can report inappropriate content and block users.
- We may remove content that breaks these rules without notice and restrict the user's community access.
04Purchases and subscriptions
- Telafi Plus is an optional subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period; the renewal is charged within the last 24 hours. On Google Play, the charge is made at the start of the new period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in App Store › Account › Subscriptions or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
- The price and subscription period are shown in the store before you buy. Where a free trial is offered, the paid subscription starts unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Refund requests are handled under the refund rules of the respective store (Apple or Google).
- You can restore purchases on a new device with “Restore purchases” in the app.
05Intellectual property
The App's design, code, graphics, sounds and texts belong to FIRTINEX or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
06Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FIRTINEX is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
07Termination
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We reserve the right to restrict access if these terms are violated.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
09For Apple App Store users
For the iOS version, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the App.
10Changes and contact
We may update this document from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; where possible we also announce significant changes in the app.
