These Terms of Use govern your use of the Memleket Merge application (the "App"). These terms are always available from the store listing, the purchase screens and this address; by using the App you agree to them. The App is provided by FIRTINEX (“we”).
01The service
Memleket Merge is a story-driven merge game where you combine items to fill orders and build all 81 provinces and 973 districts of Türkiye. It also plays offline.
02Acceptable use
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), use the App, and especially purchases, only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- You may use the App only for personal and lawful purposes.
- Any attempt to disrupt the App, cheat, reverse engineer it or gain unauthorized access is prohibited.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the security of your device.
03Nicknames and league
- Nicknames must not contain profanity, insults, slang or impersonate others; inappropriate nicknames may be removed.
- The Hometown League and leaderboard are optional and can be turned off in Settings.
- Your game progress and unused gems and akçe are stored only on this device; they cannot be recovered if you delete the game or change devices. Permanent purchases can be restored with “Restore purchases”.
- We may remove points gained through cheating or exploits from the rankings.
04Purchases and subscriptions
- The game is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases such as the Welcome Pack, Master Pass and gem packs. Payments are made only through the App Store or Google Play.
- In-game currencies and virtual items have no real-money value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Consumable items (e.g. gold or gem packs) cannot be restored once used; permanent items can be restored with “Restore purchases”.
- Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Refund requests are handled under the refund rules of the respective store (Apple or Google).
05Intellectual property
The App's design, code, graphics, sounds and texts belong to FIRTINEX or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
06Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FIRTINEX is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
07Termination
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We reserve the right to restrict access if these terms are violated.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
09For Apple App Store users
For the iOS version, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the App.
10Changes and contact
We may update this document from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; where possible we also announce significant changes in the app.
