This policy explains what data Memleket Merge (the “Game”), developed by FIRTINEX, processes. The Game asks for no account, name, email, phone number or location, and shows no ads. In this document, “FIRTINEX” and “we” refer to the developer of Memleket Merge. You can send questions to firtinexteknoloji@gmail.com.
01Data that stays on your phone
Your game progress (districts, buildings, akçe, gems, mansion, story and settings) is stored only on your device. Notifications (energy full, streak reminder) are scheduled on the device; nothing is sent to a server.
02Data sent to our server
- Hometown League (can be turned off in Settings): a random player number generated on the device, the province chosen as your hometown, and your weekly points.
- Leaderboard (only if you join): your chosen nickname, hometown, and number of completed districts and provinces. Your nickname is visible to other players on the leaderboard and in league player lists.
This data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and used only to show rankings. The player number is not linked to your identity.
03Purchases
Payments are made through the App Store or Google Play; your card details never reach us. Purchases are verified with RevenueCat, which receives a randomly generated user ID and purchase records.
04Tracking and ads
The Game contains no ads, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell or share your data for advertising.
05Service providers
- Supabase: hosting of league and leaderboard data (servers in the European Union, Ireland),
- RevenueCat: purchase validation,
- Apple and Google: app distribution, payments and notifications.
These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
06Deleting your data
Your league and leaderboard record is kept until you delete it. Settings › Online › “Delete my server record” deletes your leaderboard and league record immediately. Deleting the Game removes the data on your phone. Details are on the Account & Data Deletion page.
07Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are under 13, keep the Hometown League and leaderboard turned off; the Game then sends no data to the server. Nicknames pass a profanity filter.
08Where data is stored
League and leaderboard data is processed on Supabase servers in the European Union (Ireland) and purchase records by RevenueCat, which operates servers in the USA; your data is therefore transferred abroad.
These transfers are limited to what is needed for the app to work.
09Your rights
To access your data or ask us to correct or delete it, write to firtinexteknoloji@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days and may ask for some details to find your records.
10Changes and contact
We may update this document from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; where possible we also announce significant changes in the app.
