This Privacy Policy explains what data the Borcix app (the "App") processes and why, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. In this document, “FIRTINEX” and “we” refer to the developer of Borcix. You can send questions to firtinexteknoloji@gmail.com.
01No account needed
Borcix does not ask for your name, email, phone number or a password. When you first open the App, an anonymous user ID (Firebase anonymous session) and a random device ID are created for you. Your records are stored under this anonymous ID.
02Data we process
- Your finance records: debts, receivables, payments, names and notes, credit card statement reminders, assets, portfolios, target prices, scenarios and price alerts. You enter this information yourself.
- Technical data: anonymous user ID, device ID, device type and OS version, trial and subscription status.
- Assistant: sentences you type to the assistant (e.g. “I lent Ahmet 500 lira”) are parsed on your device; your text is not sent to any AI service.
- Purchases: if you buy PRO, payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details. Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat.
- On-device data: notification and display preferences, reminder schedules and backup files you create stay on your device. You decide where to save a backup file (Drive, iCloud, email, etc.).
We do not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. The App has no ads and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
03Why we use data
- To store your records and show summaries, reminders and reports,
- To store your records on the server and keep them from being lost on your device,
- To verify your PRO subscription,
- To fix problems and improve the App.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
04Information about other people
When creating a debt or receivable you may enter other people's names. This information is visible only in your records; you are responsible for entering it lawfully. We recommend not entering more personal information than necessary.
05Service providers
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore): anonymous session and record storage,
- RevenueCat: subscription validation,
- Apple and Google: app distribution, payments and notification infrastructure,
- Third-party market data providers: used to fetch currency, gold, stock and fund prices; no personal data is sent to them.
These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
06Retention and security
Your records are kept until you ask us to delete them. Data travels between your device and the server over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is linked to your anonymous ID. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
07Where data is stored
Google Firebase, where your records are stored, and RevenueCat operate servers outside Türkiye (in the USA and/or the European Union); your data is therefore transferred to these providers abroad.
These transfers are limited to what is needed for the app to work.
08Your rights
To access your data or ask us to correct or delete it, write to firtinexteknoloji@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days and may ask for some details to find your records.
09Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10Changes and contact
We may update this document from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; where possible we also announce significant changes in the app.
