Borcix has no user accounts; your records are linked to an anonymous user ID. You can request deletion of your data as follows.
01Delete your server records
- In the app, tap Support on the Profile page; the email that opens already contains your user ID (UID).
- Use the subject “Borcix data deletion” and send it to firtinexteknoloji@gmail.com.
- Your request is completed within 30 days and we will confirm it to you.
- Important: your UID is only visible in the app. Send your deletion request before uninstalling; afterwards your records may not be matchable to you.
02What is deleted?
All debts, receivables, payments, assets, portfolios, goals and alerts linked to your anonymous ID, plus trial/subscription info, are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Deleting the app from your phone also removes on-device data and preferences. Backup files you saved yourself remain under your control and must be deleted separately.
Records of store purchases remain with Apple or Google.
