These Terms of Use govern your use of the TopZinga application (the "App"). These terms are always available from the store listing, the purchase screens and this address; by using the App you agree to them. The App is provided by FIRTINEX (“we”).
01The service
TopZinga is a one-touch football arcade game with daily matches, weekly leagues, duels and a story mode.
02Acceptable use
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), use the App, and especially purchases, only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- You may use the App only for personal and lawful purposes.
- Any attempt to disrupt the App, cheat, reverse engineer it or gain unauthorized access is prohibited.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the security of your device.
03Fair play
- Cheating, automation tools, modified clients and exploiting bugs are prohibited; scores are re-verified on the server.
- Usernames must not be offensive or impersonate others.
- We may remove rule-breaking scores and accounts from leaderboards without notice.
- In arena matches you may be matched with computer-controlled opponents when no suitable player is available.
04Purchases and subscriptions
- The game is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases such as gold packs, the Captain Pass, Starter Pack, Season Pass and Piggy Bank. Payments are made only through the App Store or Google Play.
- In-game currencies and virtual items have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game; they can only be sent to other players through the in-game gift feature.
- Consumable items (e.g. gold or gem packs) cannot be restored once used; permanent items can be restored with “Restore purchases”.
- Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Refund requests are handled under the refund rules of the respective store (Apple or Google).
- The Season Pass is valid only for the season in which it was purchased.
05Intellectual property
The App's design, code, graphics, sounds and texts belong to FIRTINEX or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
06Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FIRTINEX is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
07Termination
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We reserve the right to restrict access if these terms are violated.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
09For Apple App Store users
For the iOS version, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the App.
10Changes and contact
We may update this document from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; where possible we also announce significant changes in the app.
